1. Purpose and Applicability

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of services and benefits provided under the paid subscription or pricing packages (“Packages”) offered by TheLAL, a platform owned and operated by Land Asset Technologies Private Limited (“Company”). The Policy aims to ensure equitable and efficient use of the platform’s resources among all users, including builders, brokers, agents, and property professionals (“Subscribers”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any Package on TheLAL, the Subscriber agrees to comply with the terms of this Fair Use Policy.

2. Fair Usage Principle

TheLAL strives to offer its users an enhanced property and lead-generation experience. Certain packages may include features marketed as providing “unlimited leads” or “unlimited access”. However, in practice, this offering is governed by reasonable usage limitations to maintain service quality and fairness for all Subscribers. While the Company endeavors to generate and distribute leads to all eligible Subscribers, the actual number of leads received by each Subscriber may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

• The number of active brokers, builders, or agents in the selected geographical area;
• The volume of listed properties and active buyers or renters in that city or region;
• The demand-supply ratio of property inquiries in that locality; and
• Use any automated system like bots, crawlers, scrapers, and others, without express authorization from the Company.
• Platform algorithms and lead distribution mechanisms ensuring equitable sharing.

Accordingly, “unlimited” shall not imply an assurance or guarantee of any fixed or minimum number.

3. Right to Modify or Limit

• Modify, limit, or redefine the meaning and scope of “unlimited leads” or similar terms;
• Introduce caps or thresholds based on average market demand, user activity, or regional parameters; and
• Amend this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, to maintain operational fairness and service quality.

Any such changes will be updated on the official website and shall be deemed accepted upon continued use of the platform.

4. Disclaimer

This Policy does not constitute a guarantee of business outcomes, lead quantity, or conversion rates. TheLAL functions as an intermediary lead-generation and property discovery platform, and lead flow depends on dynamic real-estate market conditions beyond the Company’s control.

5. Acceptance

By subscribing to any paid or premium Package on TheLAL, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Fair Use Policy, and consent to its enforcement as part of the overall Terms and Conditions of the platform.
