End-User License Agreement (EULA) for TheLAL

Welcome to TheLAL! This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and TheLAL regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and AI tools. By accessing or using TheLAL, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“you” or “User”) and Land Asset Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the developer and owner of TheLAL platform, which is accessible via website and mobile applications. This Agreement governs your use of all services, features, tools, and content provided by TheLAL (collectively, the “Platform”). 

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA, our Privacy Policy, AI Safe Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Service

TheLAL is a technology-enabled service that provides users with access to AI-powered tools and features for property discovery, comparison, evaluation, and market insights. The Platform is offered as a service through a website and mobile application. No software is downloaded or licensed to the end user; rather, access is granted to a cloud-based system that processes user queries and interactions in real-time.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or internal business use. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or modification of any part of the Platform.

3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, unethical, abusive, or fraudulent.
  • Interfere with or circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Use any automated system like bots, crawlers, scrapers, and others, without express authorization from the Company.
  • Use AI features for generating or disseminating harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its code, content, visual interfaces, text, design, AI models, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform. TheLAL and associated trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without prior written consent.

5. AI Use and Responsibility

The Platform integrates artificial intelligence features to provide recommendations and analytics based on property data and user inputs. These features are offered for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice. TheLAL AI responses are generated autonomously and may not be fully verified or accurate in all contexts.

While we strive to ensure the integrity and reliability of our services, you are solely responsible for any decisions or transactions undertaken based on AI-generated content. Users must conduct independent verification and exercise personal judgment before acting on any AI suggestion. TheLAL does not warrant the legality, ownership, or condition of any property referenced or listed through the Platform.

6. User Representations and Conduct
You represent that:
  • You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into contracts under applicable laws.
  • All information provided by you during account registration or service usage is true and accurate.
  • You will not use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if any misuse, violation of terms, or suspected fraud is detected.
7. Third-Party Integrations and Content

The Platform may include or integrate content and services from third parties (e.g., map services, payment gateways, data providers). We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or legal compliance. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Platform Access and Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the Platform but do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or continuously available. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues, and we disclaim liability for any resulting loss or disruption.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you post, upload, or submit any content to the Platform, including property listings or reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

10. Verification Limitations

Although we attempt to verify property details, documentation, and user-submitted data to the extent reasonably possible, we do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of any property listing or user information. TheLAL cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation, fraud, or inaccuracy committed by users of the Platform.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or insights provided. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Land Asset Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of this Agreement, or any infringement of rights by content you submit.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of this Agreement or misuse of services. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform shall automatically end.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

16. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
